The Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA informs that the Supervisory Board has given a positive opinion on the Management Board’s proposal to pay dividend of 2.00 PLN per share for 2006.
The Management Board will suggestto the Annual General Meeting that the right to dividend should be established as at June 6, 2007, and the dividend be paid on August 29, 2007.
The final decision on dividend payment shall be taken by the AGM of Elektrobudowa SA.
